- Is there any transportation service?
- Yes. We provide free transportation services within Ubud area and between DFS Galleria. We also provide the package including private transportation service for the guests who stay in Nusa Dua and Jimbaran. Please check Location page for further information and let us know if you require our service at the time of booking.
- Can I have a meal in Kirana Spa?
- Yes. We provide selection of light meal service at our Spa Garden at additional cost, but we don’t serve alcohol.Guests are not allowed to bring their own meal from outside to Kirana Spa.
- What about payment?
- We accept cash (US Dollar, Japanese Yen & Indonesian Rupiah) and credit cards (VISA, AMEX, Diners, Master & JCB).Checks are not accepted.
- Is there any age limit?
- Yes. Since our treatment is not developed for children, we only offer the treatment to guests aged 16 years and over. Out of consideration for the guests who are relaxed in a quiet place, the use of spa facilities(private villas and Spa Garden) is also limited to guests aged 16 years old and over.
- Should I bring extra clothes?
- Please bring your own swim suits to enjoy spa facilities. We provide things you need for the treatment such as disposable paper shorts, towels and gowns.
- I want to visit Kirana Spa the day I leave Bali. Do you keep my luggage?
- Yes, we have a room to keep guests’ luggage. Please fully enjoy our Spa Garden. It’s open till 9:00 PM.
- Do I need to bring my own cosmetics?
- Basic skin care products, shampoo and conditioner are available, but we don’t have makeup products. Please bring your own with you. When you use spa facilities, you may be exposed to the sun, so we recommend to bring and apply sun care products.
- What is the signature treatment of Kirana Spa?
- Kirana Spa provides two types of programs. One is the “Private Spa Program.” Guests can experience a high quality treatment and the spa time in an exclusive relaxing environment at our Private Villas. The other is the “Treatment Program,” which offers treatments at the Private Villas while guests may enjoy the spa time at the Spa Garden. We recommend “Private Spa Program” which you can enjoy private pool, hot Jacuzzi and steam sauna during the spa time surrounded by spectacle nature.
* The Spa Garden is available for all the Kirana Spa guests.
- Can male guests enjoy Kirana Spa treatment?
- Yes, Kirana Spa treatment is developed for both male and female guests. It is popular among male guests as well.
- What if I am pregnant?
- We suggest the treatment which fits to expectant mother, but we recommend you to ask your doctor before the treatment. Buggy cart is available for transportation within our spa. Please ask at the time of booking.
- What if I have sensitive skin?
- Kirana spa treatment products are developed by Shiseido for all skin type. If you have specific problem with your skin, please ask at the time of booking.
